Please join us at the Orlando World Center Marriott for three days of conference activities, October 15 – 17. The Designation Academy is October 13-14 onsite.

Registration Fees

For full conference participants, if you register before August 25:

$1,349.00 Regular
$1,099.00 Professional Member

For full conference participants, if you register after August 24:

$1,549.00 Regular
$1,299.00 Professional Member

You can save an additional $200 on conference registration by reserving your hotel room during registration!

Partial Registrations

One-Day Options. You can choose to participate in any one of the three days for a set daily rate of $600 Regular or $500 Professional Member. You’ll get full access to anything a full registrant has on that chosen day. Lunch is not included with one-day plans.

Expo Only. These registrations are FREE. They include a pass to the opening general session and the exhibit hall, where you can attend sessions and take part in the beverage breaks, the Pub Crawl, the Saturday Night Party and the Region Reception.

Payment Options

You are encouraged to provide a credit card during registration that will be securely processed via PayPal. Checks and wire transfers are accepted as well.

Paying by check? Simply check the box within the registration payment screen and you will receive an electronic confirmation within three business days. Checks are payable to: ARMA International, 11880 College Blvd., Suite 450, Overland Park, KS 66210

All checks received must be paid in U.S. currency and drawn on a U.S. bank.

Payment Receipt

To access the receipt, follow these steps:

  1. Go to My ARMA.
  2. Log in with your e-mail address and password.
  3. Click Order History.
  4. Click the event title link in the Invoices section.

Hotel

Rooms are conveniently located in the Marriot World Center at the ARMA reduced rate of $248 single/double, $268 triple, and $288 quad (plus taxes and fees). Reservations can be made during the registration process. To change a reservation that’s been completed, e-mail ARMAMEETINGS@worldtek.com

Transportation and Recommended Travel Dates

Our ARMA Live! It’s Saturday Night! party kicks off the conference on October 14; we encourage you to arrive in time for the festivities, which begin at 8:30 p.m. Our conference closes with our popular Industry Roundtables, which conclude at 5 p.m. on October 17.

The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 17 miles from the Orlando World Center Marriott. Taxi service is estimated at $55 each way. Mears Shuttle Service and SuperShuttle offer shared ride shuttle services for less than $40 per round trip.

Bringing A Guest?

The more the merrier at ARMA Live! Have a guest register for an expo-hall pass, and he or she can get a badge and join you on the show floor and also at the Pub Crawl, the Saturday Night Party, the Region Reception, and the Opening General Session.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations received by August 23, 2017 will be subject to a penalty of 20% of all registration fees. Written cancellations received after August 23, 2017 and before September 22, 2017 will be subject to a penalty of 50% of all registration fees. There will be no refund to registrants who do not cancel before September 22 and are considered “no shows” at conference. Substitutions are encouraged.
