Ilona N. Koti

Ilona N. Koti, CRM, CPM, CDIA, is ARMA International’s president-elect. She’s a former foreign diplomat and subject matter expert with more than 20 years of experience in information governance and library work. Koti has expertise in the areas of privacy, data breaches, and RIM technology, and is especially known for implementing sophisticated electronic content management systems for clients of all types around the globe. She has Masters degrees in library science and in information management from Syracuse University. Koti is also a director for the Institute of Information Management Africa, a teaching fellow at the University of Dundee (Scotland), and a former director for the California Historical Records Advisory Board.
